Before you begin, please read the following VERY IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
If you had an account on our previous website your previous login ID (e-mail address) and password will work on the new site. You can easily reset your password from the login screen and if you experience any issues logging in, just e-mail us at webhelp@killertracks.com and we'll reset it for you. Also, if you created projects on our previous site, those projects will automatically transfer to the new site. If you’re new to Killer Tracks and you’re interested in becoming a client, just click on ‘Request Download Access’ (top right corner of site) and follow the instructions. Required Plug-Ins, Recommended Browsers, Disable Pop-Up Blockers You’ll need the latest free versions of both Java (www.java.com) and Flash (www.adobe.com/products/flashplayer) to utilize all the features of the site. Whether you use a PC or MAC, we strongly recommend you install either Chrome (www.google.com/chrome) or Firefox (www.mozilla.com/firefox). Both are free. Please make sure you have the latest version of whichever you choose. Please disable Pop-Up blockers. The new download manager loads in a new window and some pop-up blockers may prevent it from loading properly.
